rebounds to lead the Washington Mystics to their third straight win, a 74-66
decision over the Connecticut Sun Thursday at Mohegan Sun Arena.
Ivory Latta and Monique Currie added 12 points apiece for the Mystics, doing most of their damage during a fourth quarter in which Washington outscored the Sun by a 24-15 margin to prevail. Currie had eight points and Latta seven for the period.
Chiney Ogwumike tallied 16 points for Connecticut and pulled the Sun within one on a putback that cut Washington's lead to 64-63 with three minutes left. Connecticut failed to make a field goal the rest of the way, however, to fall
