New York, NY (Sports Network) - Minnesota Lynx forward Maya Moore has
been named the WNBA's Western Conference Player of the Week while Washington
Mystics guard Ivory Latta claimed the honors for the Eastern Conference for
games played between Sept. 9-15.
Moore won Player of the Week for the second straight time and third this season after averaging 19.7 points on 56 percent shooting.
Moore filled the stat sheet with 22 points, 11 rebounds and six assists in a win over Chicago and recorded a season-high five steals to go with
