2012 Boo Williams Invitational

Brown came very close to edging out teammate Diamond DeShields for a slot on the All-Tournament team.  She shot the ball well in the tournament and played solid defense at the other end.  In high school this past year, she could easily have been considered the most productive guard in Georgia given the team success, opposition faced and limited help around her on her high school team.  Already committed to the University of Maryland where she should contribute at either guard slot, this future Terrapin need not take a back seat to any guard in her class.   - Bob Corwin

2012 Basketball on the Bayou

Brown was playing on a mission this weekend and did everthing in her power to lead the Lady Rebels to the Bayou title including hitting five three pointers in the championship game.  Lexie is a very good floor general and does not rush the offense if her team isn't in place.  She also knows when to push the tempo and is quick enough to beat most players on the break.  She has exceptional handles and and is a solid on ball defender. - Kelly Kline
