Terms and Conditions of Use of Full Court

1. Acceptance: The Use Of Full Court Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of Full Court (Fullcourt.com also referred to as "the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website. 

2. Change of Use
2.1 Full Court reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Full Court shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.

2.2 Full Court reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

3. Links to Third Party Websites
Full Court Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

4. Copyright
4.1 All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, mobile applications and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Full Court or otherwise used by Full Court as permitted by law.

4.2 In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.

5. Registration and Security
5.1 As part of the registration or account creation process, you will create login credentials by selecting a password and providing an e-mail address. You also have to give us certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated.  Each registration is for a single user only. You are not allowed to share your registration login credentials or give your login credentials to anyone else. We may cancel or suspend your access to the Webiste if you share your login credentials.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, which you will not have to reveal to any representative or agent of the Website. You may not (i) select or use the login credentials of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use login credentials in which another person has rights without such person's authorization; or (iii) use login credentials that we, in our sole discretion, deem offensive. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of these Terms of Service, which may result in immediate suspense or termination of your account.

5.2 Please notify contact@fullcourt.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information.

5.3 You must be 13 years or older to subscribe to all parts of the Website.

5.4 You are responsible for all usage or activity on your fullcourt.com account, including use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your login credentials. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at our sole discretion, and we may refer you to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

5.5 IF any of these rules or any future changes to our policies are uncacceptable to you, you may cancell your membership by sending and email to: contact@fullcourt.com.  Your continued use of the Website will indicated acceptance by you of all terms of service and any changes or midifications to the terms of service.

6. User Generated Content: Submissions, comments, forums, social media postings and more
6.1 You shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish on to the Website any libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal material. Be courteous and respectful to other users of Full Court. You agree that you will not threaten or verbally abuse other Members, use defamatory language, or deliberately disrupt discussions with repetitive messages, meaningless messages or "spam." Use respectful language. Like any community, the online conversation flourishes only when our Members feel welcome and safe. You agree not to use language that abuses or discriminates on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, etc. Hate speech of any kind is grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the Services. Debate, but don't attack. In a community full of opinions and preferences, people always disagree. Full Court encourages active discussions and welcomes heated debate on the Services, but personal attacks are a direct violation of these Terms of Service and are grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the Service.

6.2 You acknowledge that any submissions you make to the Services (i.e., user-generated content including but not limited to: comments, forum messages, reviews, text, video, audio and photographs, as well as computer code and applications) (each, a "Submission") may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by Full Court and you waive any rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you. Submissions made to the Services may also be included in our RSS feeds, APIs and made available for republishing through other formats.

6.3 You grant Full Court a perpetual, nonexclusive, world-wide, royalty free, sub-licensable license to the Submissions, which includes without limitation the right for Full Court or any third party it designates, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile, digital, thumbnail, scanning or other technologies) in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed, any Submission posted by you on or to the Website, including any Submission posted on or to the Services through a third party.

6.4 You are solely responsible for the content of your Submissions. However, while Full Court does not and cannot review every Submission and is not responsible for the content of these messages, Full Court reserves the right to delete, move, or edit Submissions that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

7.2 To the extent permitted by law, Full Court will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.

7.3  Full Court makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

7.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Full Court for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Full Court or that of its employees or agents.

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Full Court and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Full Court arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
