Seminoles advance behind strong defensive effort

Waco, TX (Sports Network) - Leonor Rodriguez and Morgan Toles each netted 12
points as the eighth-seeded Florida State Seminoles took down the ninth-seeded
Princeton Tigers, 60-44, in first-round action of the NCAA Tournament at the
Ferrell Center.

Yashira Delgado came off the bench to score 11 points for FSU (23-9), which will await the winner of the Baylor/Prairie View A&M matchup in the second round.

Niveen Rasheed and Blake Dietrick led Princeton (22-7) with nine points apiece.
